I love this pitch up til the end. Let's discuss the ending of it to make sure we find the best possible ending. But I love the general core idea here.

Simple but plenty funny for sure. With the right people/execution/songs this could be great.

knowing CPR is very important and whenever comes a situation you must know what to do. for a psa will could be in class faking a "heart attack" or just passes out and we could do the steps and show everyone what to do in that situation so ever comes a time, they will know what to do.

Good message for sure, but at the same time, it's important that CPR be taught by certified instructors, so there's a PSA to be made with a good message here (like "get trained/certified"), but we'd have to avoid trying to teach it ourselves, since we're not certified instructors of CPR.

i always get annoyed when people sip there coffee or tea or water wicked wicked loudly. so for a psa i could be sipping on my water extremely loudly while will, jeff, nev pretend to take a test. and then they get really annoyed and freak out at me.

lacrosse season is coming up so we can make a cool video getting everyone ready for the season

since the fields are all covered in snow and nobody can use them we could make a psa of us trying to melt the snow and we all try a different technique to try and melt it.

prom season is coming up and not everyone has dates so we can make a psa of will freaking out about how he doesnt have a prom date and goes around trying different things on how to ask girls and they keep rejecting him and then he finally gets one by being himself and showing that you don't need to go to a great extent in order to get a prom date, because i feel everyone is freaking out about how there going to ask girls/guys and how it has to be so perfect.

On the tattoo show Tattoo cover ups people come in with the most ridiculous stories. so i could be the tattoo guy and will can come in for a cover up and we can do some random drawing in pen on his arm that says I<3Mom or something cheesy and he wants to get it covered up. as I'm tattooing him i ask him about why he wants it covered up and why he got it and it flashes back to... why he got it and his story. in his story we can she him being a mommas boy or whatever and him and his mom get into a fight leading him to me..covering up his tattoo. this is just the general idea and i would definitely like to try this but obviously it needs more.

will could be a physic and tells me in the next hour "things" will be watching me all the time. So then it cuts to me in class and I'm freaking out trying to figure out what is watching me and then i think it is the chairs that are looking at me. i then start screaming at the chairs and water bottles and a bunch of random stupid things and throwing them around...then will, will walk in and only tell me he is kidding and i did all that for nothing.

i could play a target employ who is seriously annoying and loves to help costumers do there shopping. Will and nev will come into "target" and want to get some video/media/technical/film/software equipment......i would then bring them back to the "special room"...which is the telecom film room with the desk and everything. i will then show them around and just pester the crap out of them to buy items and tell them the video camera is actually a dog or something soo random. as I'm talking to them i can do a 100 year old hobo hippy voice

for our music video project i was looking at this video and thought we can make a very powerful video that shows a serious message to people on drugs, drinking and driving or just being safe in life.

for psa my group and i can pretend to be in a band named "MHS Ruckuses".... we will be pro forming our hit song "Nonsense" and we start of with a nice sweet melody then we go into the most bizarre noises of us hitten things and screaming a bunch of random things.

the song "kiss me through the phone" by soulja boy makes me laugh whenever i here it. for a psa we could make a video of someone singing that to me on there phone and then cut it to me litterly trying to kiss them through the phone.

since there is still so much snow on the ground we can go outside and pretend to be cave man for the first time seeing snow and do a bunch of weird movements and noises

if we could do a psa like this video it be funny

thank you... ice cream for not being actually covered in ice and being so sweet and smooth and creamy and delicious that taste so good and melts in your mouth and making me come back for more and blowing all my money on you.. seriously thank you ice cream

Could be something funny here, but details need development, could determine whether this is set up to succeed or flop.
